Telephone inquiries: 09:30 – 13:00 hrs & 14:00-16:30 hrs

Submission of Consular Documents: 09:30 – 12:00 hrs & 14:00-15:00 hrs [By appointments only]

Service Delivery Hours:  Pick-up/Collection Time [Pre-booked Service Seekers]: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM [same day] 

Weekly Holiday: Saturday & Sunday

Public Holiday: The Consulate remains closed on pre-declared public holidays. Please check the holiday list prior to planning your visit to the Consulate.
