Welcome to the online appointment booking and q-management system of the consulate General of Bangladesh, Sydney.

You can book appointments or register for mail-in service for your desired consular service(s) or check status of your consular application using this system. Multiple services can be booked in a single appointment.

Please carefully read the information concerning the service/services you are applying for on the website of the Consulate General https://sydney.mofa.gov.bd/ before making an appointment.

Upon successful booking of an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. In case of a person (primary contact) applying for a family/group, the email will be sent to the primary contact only. Scan the barcode or enter the tracking number sent by the email to check in at the kiosk after you arrive at the Consulate on the day of your appointment and collect your token.

If you wish to obtain consular services by mail service, you need to register for a Mail-in Service. Please print the confirmation page with barcode that will be generated upon successful registration and attach it to your application prior to sending it by post.

If you are unable to visit on the scheduled date for some unavoidable reason, please cancel your booking as early as possible, for another service seeker can use the freed slot. If you want to rebook, you shall be able to use your previously issued tracking number to avoid duplicating entry of your personal data.

The personal data entered in the booking system will be stored for official record but will not be used for any purpose other than it is intended for.
